Remarks: I was scheduled to start Natural Cycle IVF with my next cycle, but to my surprise, acheived a pregnancy without any medical assistance other than the TR. With a dominant right ovary, and a short tube only on the left side, we didn’t have much hope for achieving a pregnancy naturally… but we did. Thank you! My OB confirmed the gestation sac’s location today.
