The reports and comments here provide supplemental information to the summaries shown in the Weekly TR Pregnancy Report Forum of the Tubal Reversal Message Board. Only those pregnancy reports are shown for which permission was given and comments were included.

I am scheduled to get a HCG quantitative serum on 4/22/05. I should know the results on 4/25/05. Then he said he would schedule an ultrasound at this point

4/5/05 - first ob visit 4/7/05 - belly and transvaginal ultrasound showing sac. 5wks 2days 4/12/05 - ob visit and was told I had a bacterial infection. Was put on medication 4/12/05 - belly and transvaginal ultrasound showing yolk sac. 6wks 5days. 4/12/05 - hcg levels 13 thousand 4/19/05 - next ob visit (high risk clinic) 5/9/05 - genetic specialist visit I've used no fertility treatment. This wasn't planned. I actually wasn't trying at this time. I'll keep you posted

I HAVE TWO SONS, AGES 12 AND 15. I REMARRIED SOMEONE WHO HAS NO CHILDREN AND I ALWAYS REGRETED HAVING A TUBAL. THANK GOD I FOUND DR. BERGER BECAUSE EXACTLY 6 MONTHS AFTER MY REVERSAL WE ARE PREGNANT. I AM 37 YEARS OLD. FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING THE SURGERY, TRUST ME, GET THE VIDEO AND JUST KNOW THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENS JUST LIKE THE VIDEO AND ALL THE INFORMATION YOU RECIEVE AND WHAT THE STAFF TELL YOU. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PRINCESS, EVEN THE HOTEL,THE DRIVER THATS RECOMMENDED, IT REALLY WAS A PERFECT TRIP.(I FLEW IN FROM TEXAS). I PLAN TO UPDATE AS I PROGRESS. THANK YOU DR. BERGER AND STAFF.

I did A home pregnancy test on 4/4/05 pink line was very light had A HCG and progesterone bloodwork done the next day. HCG was 55 progesterone was 21.8 two days later had another HCG and progesterone drawn HCG was172 progesterone was 30.8 I will have blood work done next week to check levels. My OB tells me ultrasound should be able to see a sack by five weeks. It truely is A miracle because my tubes were very short. I'll keep you posted. THANK YOU Harriet

My tubal reversal was in May 2001 and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant in April 2005, at the age of 41. I had my tubal ligation reversed because of the death of my only child, Katie, to a very rare form of Group A Strep. She was meant to be an only child, but my husband and I both felt we needed to place that choice back into the hands of God.... Only through the intervention of Dr. Berger, to reverse my tubal ligation, and by the Lord's grace, with no fertility treatments on our part, are we now expecting our 2nd child. To all the women who have had the reversal, or are seeking one, please know that you too may have a long wait, but if you are meant to have a child, you WILL have that blessing!
