Remarks: I want to thank Dr. Berger and everyone at Chapel Hill!!! I beat the odds because I have PCOS and short tubes and got a BFP in my 3rd month ttc!!! I will be forever grateful to each and every one of you!!!

Remarks: We just received 2 positive test results on strips purchased from pharmacy. Yesterday, we had blood test and are awaiting results. Our concern is that about 1 month ago, Artab started taking an anti-depressant (Lexapro) and we were wondering if this medication can cause any problems to the fetus if in fact Artab is pregnant?

Remarks: I have taken 4 test and they all have come out positive, I used 3 Clear Blue Easy and 1 First Response, 2 different brands just to be sure. I will contact a doctor monday. thanks for doing surgery, we both are happy, happy, happy. .

Remarks: With a tubal pregnancy, how soon in the pregnancy is pain usually felt? At how many weeks does the HCG level hit 1500? My ob-gyn receptionist was telling me that I didn't need to come in until 8-10 wks because she didn't think an ultrasound would show anything and as I wasn't experiencing any pain. The doctor is supposed to call me tomorrow so I can "voice my concerns" as the receptionist didn't understand why I had any. (This ob also told me to have invitro done as she was skeptical of TR, so I don't know how responsive she may be to my requests of having my HCG repeatedly tested.) I may find another group to deal with as I've never been very satisfied with this ob-gyn, but I don't want to miss an ectopic pregnancy in the process if tubal damage can occur earlier than I think. Please give me a call tomorrow, 11/11, after 10am eastern time (3 hr time difference) thanks, Maggie P.

Remarks: It's finally positive!!!! I know it's still really early but I've been so anxious to get pregnant! I'm so excited! Thank you all for making my surgery so easy and for taking such good care of me when I came from so far away. If it wasn't for all of you, I wouldn't be this happy right now!

Remarks: This is my second pregnancy, but the first one that was conceived naturally following my tubal reversal. My first pregnancy was conceived using IVF. We chose IVF after a year of no success naturally. My husband was diagnosed with low sperm motility and I only had one tube that was open (the left tube). My first child was born on 10/08/2004 (on the due date) and was a boy. He had no birth defects or abnormalities. My second pregnancy is a girl, due 03/25/06. An amniocentesis was performed last week and there are no genetic abnormalities.
