Remarks: Dr Berger, I had my tubal reversal on 7/08/02. Since having it, my husband and I have moved from Mississippi to Monroe, NC. I now work as a paramedic for First health of the Carolinas-EMS Chesterfield. I've been seeing a wonderful physician at Southern Pines Women's Center. On April 19, 2005 I had a Hysteroscopy and Dye Study which determined that the left graft had drifted, there was an adhesion from the right side of the uterus attached to the fallopian tube that had it bent almost in the shape of a C and a film covering my right ovary. The doctor clipped the adhesion and removed the film with minimal bleeding. The month of May I had a normal cycle and on 6/19... A positive pregnancy test! PREGNANCY TEST! Steven and I are expecting a little girl on March 1, 2006! This would not have been possible without you and I wanted to take the time to let you know how eternally grateful we are. Remarks: I had my reversal June 16th, 2005. I had an HSG test in early Oct/2005. They insert dye into you to see how far the dye goes to see if your tubes are open. The HSG showed both tubes blocked (but there is also a chance of the tubes spasming, which won't let the dye through). Xrays were sent to Dr. Berger and he confirmed the x-rays showed the tubes were blocked. He also said there is a 5% chance of that happening. So we decided to start IVF. I started the preliminary tests, and one of them was the clomid challenge test to see how many follicles and mature eggs I could produce, and that was around Thanksgiving. We would start the actual procedure when I started my next cycle (Dec 11). Well my cycle never came, I was asked to take a pregnancy test by the IVF Nurse, and it came out positive. So I stopped going to the IVF doctor and started to see my OB GYN, I had my blood drawn every 2 days for 1 1/2 weeks, and my my hormone levels where more than doubling. Then I had my ultrasound on Dec 28, and the baby is where it is supposed to be. We are so happy. Talk about a surprise!

Remarks: I apologize for not being more helpful when I was last phoned by your office, however, I was contacted at work. My employer is not very helpful nor supportive of pregnancies in the office. I did not want them aware that we were trying. I could not talk. Also This is the EXACT time last year when we got pregnant. I pray it does not turn out the same. I miscarried nearly a week and a half after reporting the pregnancy to your office. Please God let this work this time. I am trying so hard not to get my hopes up.

Remarks: Typically how far along until the hormone level reaches 1500? How important and how soon should the hormone testing begin?

Remarks: Two blood draws, but because of the holidays, I won't know numbers till tomorrow (Tuesday). 1 good ovary on left side, no tube; small piece of ovary on right side, good tube.
