Remarks: Dr. Berger and wonderful staff - I am so happy to announce a positive pregnancy test confirmed by my doctor on 7-18-06 (just 4 short months after my TR). I went for my first blood draw and my number was 369. I will repeat another blood draw this friday. I hope the number is good considering how early in the pregnancy I am. We are absolutely thrilled! Thanks to you all for your miracle hands.

Remarks: This was the first month that we tried since having the surgery. If everything is well.......that was really quick. I have had a HCG (serum) drawn this am and if levels above 1500 I will then have an ultrasound later in the week. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Remarks: Well, at least know my tubes are still open. I went to the doctor around 1:00 today because I was bleeding and began passing tennis ball size clots. All the bleeding was due to a uterine pregnancy. My beta HCG showed that I was approximately 8 1/2 weeks PG (which would mean I was still on the mini pill when I conceived). Both Ryan and I were totally shocked to learn that I was pregnant since I just had what I thought was a period 18 days ago that lasted for 10 days (heavy 3 days spotting the rest). That was my first post partum menstraul flow since having Bode (my first TR baby) in January. Although this does shed some light on my milk supply issues, growing waistline and weight gain in the past 2 weeks. I had both and external and internal ultrasound and nothing was seen and both tubes and ovaries looked healthy. I'm pretty sure that I passed the sac here at home. I'm still bleeding and clotting quite a bit. They gave me pitocin to make me cramp and pills to lessen the bleeding. WOW!!! I'm still in shock!! I assume the reason I miscarried is because of being hyperthyroid.
