Remarks: Went for my first draw on July 3,2007 and just had another today. My husband is excited and already thinking of baby names. I believe with all my soul that this pregnancy is going to be a normal one. Thank you Dr Berger for your help in making this possible for us.

Remarks: Positive pregnancy test was confirmed via lab work on 07/05/07. HCG level at the time was 27. I will be having a repeat quant on 07/10/07. FYI: On 04/23/07 I had an emergency laparotomy for a right tubal rupture. They were unable to save my right tube. My OB/GYN will be monitoring me closely for another possible ectopic, given the fact that I have already had one.

Remarks: I am so excited to say the least, honestly i had all but given up hope that I would become pregnant ( i think i was trying to hard). Just when I least expected it, it happened. I have not been to my first appointment yet, however I called the Dr the same day I had a positive pregnancy test & scheduled an appointment. My appointment is July 24, I am so excited. I am concerned however with the risk of a tubal pregnancy, but thankfully I have not been having any sharp pains or anything unusual. I have only had very dull pains from time to time but it is only a passing pain and I hope it is nothing to worry about. I am going to call the Dr again today and see if they can get me in any sooner seeing as how I have had a tubal reversal. Since I took the first pregnancy test I have took about 8 more and every one of them has said positive, I am praying that all is going to be well. Thanks so much to everyone at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center.

Remarks: I finally feel comfortable enough to make my official announcement of my pregnancy. The two years after the reversal, we conceived twice but both pregnancies ended in miscarriages. The losses were so emotional devastating for me and my husband we decided to give up trying to get pregnant. We had decided to move on with our lives. I eventually decided to focus on myself and my health. I lost weight, had a breast reduction and tummy tuck. 40 yrs old was quickly approaching me and my husband. Our oldest child was graduation high school and getting ready for college so conceiving was far from our minds. To our surprise we got pregnant. Since I'm over 35 and with the past miscarriages, the pregnancy is considered high-risk so we have been very cautious and held back making the pregnancy known to others. Even when I was going through the miscarriages, I would brag to the OB/GYN staff on Dr. Berger's work. I would forever recommend his services to others. My OB/GYN said they often get inquires from patients who desire to have the reversal but they didn't have any good doctors to recommend. We are taking the pregnancy day by day and prayerful each day. I'm now 5 months pregnant and I would like to think Dr. Berger and his staff for their services. For making the impossible possible!
