Remarks: I already provided this form but was unsure what to complete now that my baby was born. I gave birth on 2/13/07 to a beautiful healthy baby girl. She weighed 7lbs and was 20 1/2 long. We have been blessed and can't thank Dr. Berger enough for our miracle child.

Remarks: This will be TR baby #2 for us if all goes well. My 1st baby will be 3 months Sunday. I have not gone in for blood work yet since I am not due to start for a few more days. I am only 10 or 11 DPO. I will let you know how things go once I get my blood drawn.

Remarks: I'm very happy to announced that 3 1/2 years later I got pregnant! No further treatments after my surgery with Doctor Burger or any type of follow up concerning the matter but prayer. Remarks: Sarah, you missed me when you posted the pg status for Feb & March. Still everything is ok. My ultra sound said I was GA 5.6 & EED 10-31-07 on Tue. this week but prior to the ultra sound another nurse said I was 4w4d with EDD 11-8-07 I'm confused with which date to go by. Also I'm taking over the counter prenatals. Should I take folic acid to. I'm not real good when it comes to eating veggies. Thank you for your support! May God bless you! Tammy Q
